HVAC/Refrigeration Tech

Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooler, freezers, HVAC units and more. Must be excited about a dynamic environment where every day is different and your reputation for technical knowledge and customer excellence sets you apart.

Minimum Requirements
Two years of HVAC/R equipment service (or related military) experience
Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
Extremely strong customer communication skills
100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized
Maintain a good personal appearance
Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
Maintain a Valid Driver License with a good driving record
Primary Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R Equipment
Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism
Complete service calls in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and sales
CFESA certification a plus

Additional Job Responsibilities
Participate in normal rotation of after hours and weekend standby duty
Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts
Maintain Service Vehicle
Complete Required Paperwork
Attend Training Sessions
Other Duties as Assigned by the manager

Restaurant Equipment Service Tech

 A qualified candidate will be servicing many chain and independent restaurants in the Tri-County Charleston area. Candidate must be experienced with diagnosing and repairing “hot side" equipment is desirable (Grills, ovens, griddles, steamers, flat tops, toasters, etc.) Candidate must work well under time constraints and show excellent customer service. We only have one position open.

Preventative Maintenance Tech

Entry level Preventative Maintenance Technician needed. The position also requires knowledge of light maintenance duties; such as caulking, grout work, minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing in addition to HVAC / Refrigeration and Ice Machine cleaning.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in household maintenance and HVAC pm is necessary.
Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
